  • Booking details, such as your location or hotel, preferred time, treatment, and duration.
  • Messages you send us through the on-site chat or WhatsApp.

  • To arrange and manage your booking with an independent therapist.

4. WhatsApp and chat messages

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are processed through the WhatsApp Business Platform (provided by Meta) and our business messaging provider 360dialog, and are handled by our booking team. Conversation content is stored securely and is used only to manage your booking and support requests. Our analytics systems store booking events and timestamps, never the content of your messages.

5. Who we share data with

  • The independent therapist assigned to your booking receives only what is needed to provide the session: your first name, location, timing, and treatment details.
  • Service providers that host our website, database, and messaging infrastructure, bound by data protection obligations.
  • Google, for advertising conversion measurement, limited to click identifiers and booking events without message content.
  • We never sell your personal data.

6. Data retention

We keep booking records and conversations for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, and we delete or anonymise data that is no longer needed.
