1. Who we are

KL Home Massage is a booking platform operated by Breakyourlimits LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States (referred to as "KL Home Massage", "we", "us", or "our"). We connect customers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with independent professional massage therapists who provide wellness treatments at the customer's home, condominium, hotel, or serviced apartment.

2. The service

All treatments arranged through KL Home Massage are strictly professional, therapeutic wellness massage. Therapists available through the platform are independent service providers, not our employees. We facilitate introductions, bookings, and communication; the massage itself is provided by the independent therapist.

You must be at least 18 years old to book through the platform.

3. Bookings and pricing

  • Booking requests are sent through our website, chat, or WhatsApp.
  • Published prices are typical market rates. The final price, including any transport fee, is confirmed with you before the session begins.
  • A transport fee applies based on your location and is always charged separately from the treatment price.
  • Availability is confirmed by the therapist before the booking is final.

4. Payments

Payment is made after your session by cash, bank transfer, or an approved payment link, as agreed during booking. We do not store your card details.

5. Cancellations and changes

Please tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking. If a therapist is already travelling to your location when you cancel, the agreed transport fee may still be charged.

6. Professional conduct and zero tolerance

KL Home Massage provides professional wellness treatments only. Any request for services outside professional therapeutic massage will be declined, the session may be ended immediately without refund, and the customer may be permanently blocked from the platform. Harassment or disrespectful behaviour towards therapists is not tolerated. Therapists follow the same standards; see our Professional Standards page.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate booking information, including your location and any access instructions.
  • Provide a safe, appropriate space for the treatment.
  • Tell the therapist about relevant health conditions, injuries, or allergies before the session.
  • Treat the therapist with respect at all times.

8. Liability

Massage treatments are provided by independent therapists who are responsible for the services they deliver. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability as a platform is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects statutory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence, including Malaysia.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
