KL Home Massage exists to make professional wellness massage easy to book at home, in a condo, or in a hotel across Kuala Lumpur. Everything on this page describes the standards we hold ourselves and the independent therapists on our platform to, on every single booking.
Our commitment
Every treatment arranged through KL Home Massage is professional, therapeutic wellness massage. That is the entire service, and the boundary is absolute.
Therapist vetting
- Therapists joining the platform are asked for certificates or proof of professional massage experience.
- New therapists are reviewed with our existing therapist community before their first booking.
- Customer feedback is monitored continuously, and therapists who fall below our standards stop receiving bookings.
Hygiene standards
- Therapists wash or sanitise their hands before every session and show or tell you they have done so.
- Oils and any materials the therapist brings are kept clean.
- Personal hygiene and a tidy professional appearance are expected on every visit.
Professional conduct
- Therapists arrive on time and communicate clearly if anything changes.
- Your privacy is respected: what happens in your booking stays between you, the therapist, and our support team.
- Draping and your personal comfort are respected throughout the session.
- Therapists do not offer anything outside the agreed professional treatment, and customers asking for anything outside professional massage are declined and may be blocked from the platform.
Your comfort and safety
- Tell us your preferences when booking, including pressure, focus areas, and any therapist preference for your comfort.
- Tell the therapist about injuries, health conditions, or allergies before the session starts.
- You can pause or stop the session at any time, for any reason.
Feedback and complaints
If anything about your booking did not meet these standards, tell us at support@klhomemassage.com or in the chat where you booked. We read every report, and serious violations lead to removal from the platform.
