Customer Reviews

as a foreigner lady I ordered a home massage for the first time and felt a bit nervous, but it completely exceeded my expectations! My therapist, Kamtong, was very gentle, respectful, and knowledgeable. He's also a gym coach, so he really understands muscles and knows how to give an amazing massage

Junahs massage is very good, very professional and very detailed oriented. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with her services.

My husband booked a 90-minute massage for me at this company, and it was my first time being massaged by a male masseur. The masseur's name was Shami. I was a little nervous at first, but the whole process was a wonderful surprise! Shami was very professional. He patiently asked me what kind of pressure I preferred from the beginning and adjusted the pressure according to my needs. The entire 90-minute massage was very comfortable, attentive, and professional. This massage experience was fantastic! I felt incredibly relaxed afterwards, both physically and mentally soothed. I was extremely satisfied with Shami's massage skills and service. This was a very pleasant experience, and I will definitely choose this company again and book Shami again! Highly recommended!

It was worth to relaxing your body and your mind with massage. The techniques and pressure that the therapist apply to me was great and she was very professional. For those who want to try it, it will be a perfect recommendation. Btw my therapist name was Hedy.

After long travel I booked a deep tissue massage. Within 90 mins therapist came to my hotel and gave me an excellent, intense massage. Very professional, highly recommend. Thank you!

Badly needed a massage on short notice & was desperate to have to have it in the comfort of my own home. Swift response from the start and within an hour, I got my massage for the next 1.5 hours. Yanti was very courteous and thorough with her massage. Would definitely repeat. Thank you.

Awesome service. Provide relaxing massage at the comfort of our home

Best home spa. All came very professional

A very good experience when you lazy to go out for massage at night. Perfect!

Aira and Erika were really good masseuse. I enjoyed the treatment very much. They are professional and well-versed in their craft. Would totally recommend.

The booking process was fast and efficient, especially considering it was a festive season in Malaysia. Within 15 minutes, the therapist contacted me and confirmed the massage appointment. My therapist, Erika, is the best masseuse I've had in years. She paces her massages exceptionally well, and the pressure is always just right. Before the massage, I often woke up in the middle of the night. After the session, I slept like a baby—that's how effective the massage was. In terms of value, the pricing is very reasonable. Many establishments charge significantly more but don't deliver a massage experience as good as Erika's. Highly recommended.

Excellent Massage by Misyani she knows the points and where to press. Will recommend her.

It was great full body relax massage.

Yanti was great! Great massage, on time and super friendly. Absolutely recommend her!

Great therapist and amazing massage!

As we have a toddler, it was hard for us to go for a much needed massage. We contacted KL Home Massage for the first time and got our in-room massages that very night! 🤩 Seamless process. We got everything we wanted, a male and a female therapist at different timings. No hassle, clear communication. Body massage by Fazli was great. Just happened to have him as my husband's therapist, and my husband was so satisfied. While we got our massages, our toddler could play happily in our room. It was a perfect way to end our anniversary ❤️ highly recommended. Will definitely engage with them again the next time we visit KL 💯

Was apprehensive about the service in anew country. Nothing sus n it was very professional n the massage was helpful for my husband's back pain.

I had no time to go to a massage parlour so I had to book home spa. I'm so glad to have Ririi come over. She wasn't hesitant to come at late night around 1am. I had a very good and relaxing full body massage for 2 hours. Also, my sprain like feel at my back area was gone. She's a great and well experienced therapist! She deserves so much appreciation. Thank you Ririi and KL Home Massage for referring her. No regrets! :)
